This Public Offer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase of goods through the online store located at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru (“Store”) operated by Rusana Dilaverovna Ibraimova, an individual entrepreneur registered under OGRNIP: 322508100279604 (“Seller”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing or using the Store, placing an order, or engaging with Our services, you (“Buyer” or “You”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree, You must not use the Store or purchase any goods.
1. BASIC TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. Seller: Rusana Dilaverovna Ibraimova, an individual entrepreneur, OGRNIP: 322508100279604.
1.2. Public Offer: This Agreement constitutes a public offer by the Seller addressed to an unspecified number of persons to enter into a contract for the sale of goods remotely (“Agreement”).
1.3. Buyer: An individual using internet browsing software who accepts the terms of this Agreement and expresses an intent to purchase goods listed on the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru.
1.4. Goods: Items of Russian manufacture, specifically clothing and accessories, offered for sale on the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru.
1.5. Online Store: The Seller’s website at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru, where any Buyer can review available goods, their descriptions, prices, select goods, choose payment methods, and submit orders.
1.6. Order: A Buyer’s formalized request to purchase, pay for, and have delivered goods selected on the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru, submitted to the Seller via the internet. Order processing time varies from fourteen (14) days, depending on the total number of orders, with no standardized processing format or timeline.
1.7. Delivery Service: www.cdek.ru.
1.8. Website: The Seller’s website at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru.
1.9. Pre-Order: A Buyer’s expressed intent to purchase or reserve specific goods with subsequent payment within the timelines specified in this Agreement. Goods marked “Pre-Order” are not currently in stock but available for reservation. Shipping timelines for Pre-Order goods are determined individually and communicated via email to the address provided by the Buyer and through mass notifications on the Seller’s official social media pages. Delivery of Pre-Order goods occurs no earlier than twenty-one (21) days from payment, though the Seller reserves the right to deliver earlier via www.cdek.ru. Returns of Pre-Order goods follow the general return procedures, requiring a written return request after receipt and prior notification to the Seller via messaging to the official social media pages of the Online Store/Offline Store.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. By ordering goods through the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru, You agree to and accept the terms of sale outlined in this Agreement.
2.2. These terms of sale and the information about goods on the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2.3. We reserve the right to amend or supplement this Agreement, with changes effective upon posting on the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru. You are responsible for monitoring updates. The most current version is available on the Store.
2.4. By clicking “Place Order” during the ordering process, You confirm agreement with the terms of sale and consent to the processing of personal information provided during order submission.
2.5. This Agreement is deemed concluded upon the Seller issuing or sending a cash receipt confirming full payment for the goods or upon receiving Your intent to purchase by clicking “Place Order.”
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The Seller offers individuals the opportunity to purchase goods listed on the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru for personal, family, or other needs not related to entrepreneurial activities.
3.2. This Agreement applies to all goods listed on the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru as long as such offers and descriptions remain in the Store’s catalog.
4. ORDER PROCESS
4.1. You place orders independently through the Online Store by completing an electronic order form and submitting it to the Seller via the Store’s system.
4.2. During registration on the Online Store, You must provide the following information:
4.2.1. Full name of the Buyer or designated recipient;
4.2.2. Delivery address (if delivery to the Buyer’s address);
4.2.3. Email address;
4.2.4. Contact phone number.
4.3. The name, quantity, assortment, and price of selected goods are displayed in Your cart on the Online Store.
4.4. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of information You provide during order placement.
4.5. You are responsible for the accuracy of provided information.
4.6. Descriptions and specifications of goods in the Online Store contain essential and accurate information.
4.7. For questions regarding goods’ properties or specifications, contact Us via direct messages to the official social media accounts of the Online Store/Offline Store.
4.8. Photographs of goods on the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru, taken under professional lighting and equipment, are illustrative and may differ from the actual appearance under different conditions.
4.9. Prices for goods are listed next to their images on the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru.
4.10. You may pick up goods via self-collection (Offline Store address to be confirmed via social media).
4.11. Delivery is coordinated between You and the Seller via www.cdek.ru. Delivery timelines are calculated individually, with a minimum of seven (7) days from payment. Exact timelines depend on the delivery location and are tracked by You via www.cdek.ru’s tracking system. We may deliver goods earlier.
4.12. You are responsible for the full cost of delivery.
4.13. Goods are sold with one hundred percent (100%) prepayment.
4.14. Payment is made via the Store’s payment system within thirty (30) minutes of order placement or in-person at the Seller’s Offline Store within three (3) days of order placement.
4.15. Upon order placement, You receive confirmation via email to the address provided. Delivery updates may be provided via www.cdek.ru’s notification service. We may adjust delivery timelines, notifying You via email and mass notifications on the official social media pages of the Online Store/Offline Store.
4.16. Order status updates are sent to Your email, with optional www.cdek.ru notifications.
4.17. Pre-Order goods’ shipping timelines are determined individually and communicated via mass notifications on the official social media pages of the Online Store/Offline Store.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
5.1. Prices for goods on the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru are listed in Russian rubles.
5.2. We may unilaterally change goods’ prices on the Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru. Prices for ordered goods are fixed, except as provided in Section 5.3.
5.3. We may offer discounts based on active Store promotions at the time of order placement. If You provide inaccurate or erroneous information during order placement, We may recalculate discounts at the time of payment or delivery.
5.4. Payment for goods is made as follows:
5.4.1. By bank card via the Store’s payment system within thirty (30) minutes of order placement.
5.5. Delivery costs are paid by You via the Store’s payment system.
5.6. Orders are automatically canceled if payment is not received within the timelines specified in Section 5.4.1.
5.7. In case of refusal of goods, upon refund of the full payment made by You, banking or other fees incurred by You are not reimbursed by the Seller.
6. WARRANTY, ORDER CANCELLATION, AND RETURNS

6.1. Goods carry a seven (7)-day warranty period in accordance with Paragraph 21 of the Russian Government Decree No. 612 dated September 27, 2007, “On Approval of Rules for the Sale of Goods Remotely,” calculated from the date of delivery.
6.2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover defects caused by mechanical damage (scratches, tears, abrasions, etc.), extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, improper use (including washing), or natural wear. Returns are permitted for goods that do not fit, match the style, size, shape, color, or configuration, provided they are not non-returnable items as per the List of Non-Food Goods of Proper Quality Not Subject to Return or Exchange, approved by Russian Government Decree No. 55 dated January 19, 1998, as amended on October 20, 1998, and February 6, 2002. Such items include perfumery and cosmetics, textiles (cotton, linen, silk, wool, synthetic fabrics, non-woven materials like ribbons, braid, lace, etc.), sewn and knitted items (underwear, hosiery). Returnable goods must retain consumer properties, original appearance, and undamaged packaging with no signs of use.
6.3. Order Cancellation:
6.3.1. Orders are automatically canceled if full payment is not received within the timelines specified in Sections 5.4.1.
6.3.2. For immediate cancellation (within five (5) minutes of placement), contact Us via direct messages to the official social media pages of the Online Store/Offline Store. Later cancellations follow standard return procedures.
6.3.3. This Agreement is automatically terminated if full payment is not received or upon immediate cancellation as per Section 6.3.2.
6.4. Refunds for returned or canceled goods are processed within ten (10) days of receiving Your written return request. We reserve the right to inform You that refunds to bank cards may take up to thirty (30) business days from the date of return, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement, to the account or card used for payment, due to reasons beyond Our control, as per the Regulation on Issuance of Payment Cards and Operations with Their Use, approved by the Bank of Russia No. 266-P dated December 24, 2004. Returns or cancellations must be requested by submitting a written statement to the Seller via Russian Post. The timelines specified in this section do not apply to such submissions.
6.5. For manufacturing defects, You must confirm the defect via an independent inspection. If confirmed, returns are processed within the warranty period specified in Section 6.1.
6.6. We may approve exchanges or returns without inspection if agreed with You within the warranty period specified in Section 6.1 and upon mutual consent.
6.7. Return Process:
6.7.1. Verify the goods are eligible for return, the return period has not expired, and the goods are of proper quality and not included in the List of Non-Returnable Goods or are of improper quality with defects arising before delivery or for reasons occurring prior to delivery.
6.7.2. Complete the return request form available on the Store and send it to Us via the official social media pages of the Online Store/Offline Store.
6.7.3. We may cancel orders without explanation, provided We refund You within an agreed timeline.
6.7.4. Returns of labeled goods require an intact, scannable label on the tag.
6.8. Goods Storage:
6.8.1. Goods are stored at the Seller’s facility for seven (7) calendar days from notification of readiness for delivery. If not collected, this Agreement is automatically terminated.
7. LIABILITY
7.1. The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by You under this Agreement.
7.3. Without prejudice to the above, We are not liable for breaches caused by force majeure events, including actions of state authorities (including adoption of legal acts), fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, power outages, computer network failures, strikes, civil unrest, riots, or other circumstances, not limited to those listed, that may affect Our performance of this Agreement.
8. MISCELLANEOUS
8.1. You agree to the processing of personal information by confirming the Privacy Policy available on the Store.
8.2. The Store at http://eu.bodylabstudios.ru and its services may be temporarily partially or fully unavailable due to maintenance or other technical reasons.
8.3. For questions or claims, contact Us via direct messages to the official social media pages of the Online Store/Offline Store. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, or, if unresolved, in a court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
